- Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must guarantee that their work is entirely original. When using the works of other authors, they must be appropriately cited. Plagiarism (similarity) screening is mandatory for all works.
- Data Accuracy: Fabricated or falsified data are unacceptable. Raw data must be submitted to the publisher if requested.
- Salami Slicing: It is considered unethical to split the results of a single research project into multiple publications for the sake of academic scoring.
- Conflict of Interest: Any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the results of the study must be declared.
