Anadolu’da Türkçe: Dil ve Edebiyatın Asırlık Yolculuğu – Editör: Bahtı Gül Kartal

Öz:
Anadolu sadece bir coğrafya değil; dillerin, kültürlerin ve edebî geleneklerin asırlar boyunca iç içe geçerek yeni manalar kazandığı büyük bir medeniyet alanıdır. Türk dili ve edebiyatı da bu coğrafyada farklı kültürler ve toplumsal etkenlerle etkileşime girmiş; sözlü gelenekten yazılı kültüre uzanan bir gelişim süreci yaşamıştır. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özbalcı’nın ders notlarından oluşan bu kitap, Anadolu’da Türk dil ve edebiyatının tekâmülünü bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla ele almayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada dil ve edebiyat, yalnızca estetik ürünler değil; toplumların dünya görüşünü, inançlarını ve tarihsel tecrübelerini yansıtan temel unsurlar olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu nedenle eser, kronolojik bir anlatımın yanı sıra tematik ve karşılaştırmalı ve bir yaklaşımı benimsemektedir. Eserde yer alan bölümler, Türkçenin yerleşme sürecinden başlayarak, sözlü kültür unsurlarına, tasavvufî edebiyatın şekillendirici rolüne, klasik edebî geleneklere ve bunların hem süreklilik hem de hem de dönüşüm noktalarına odaklanmaktadır. Böylece Anadolu’da Türk dili ve edebiyatının, farklı dönemlerde hangi dinamikler üzerinden geliştiği ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract:
Anatolia is not merely a geography; it is a vast cultural landscape where languages, cultures, and literary traditions have intertwined over the centuries, giving rise to new meanings. The Turkish language and literature have also interacted with different cultures and social factors in this geography, undergoing a development process that spans from oral tradition to written culture. This book, compiled from the lecture notes of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özbalcı, aims to address the evolution of Turkish language and literature in Anatolia from a holistic perspective. In this work, language and literature are evaluated not only as aesthetic products but also as fundamental elements that reflect societies’ worldviews, beliefs, and historical experiences. For this reason, the work adopts a thematic and comparative approach in addition to a chronological narrative. The chapters in the work focus on the settlement process of the Turkish language, elements of oral culture, the formative role of Sufi literature, classical literary traditions, and their points of both continuity and transformation. Thus, it attempts to reveal the dynamics through which the Turkish language and literature in Anatolia developed in different periods.
