XI. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan itibaren T\u00fcrk y\u00f6netimine ge\u00e7en ve zaman zaman T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131na ba\u015fkentlik yapan Diyarbekir, siyas\u00ee sahada oldu\u011fu kadar edeb\u00ee muhit olarak da \u00f6nemli bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezidir. \u00d6zellikle XVIII. y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u015fair \u00c2g\u00e2h zaman\u0131nda Diyarbekir\u2019de \u00e2lim ve \u015fairleri bir araya getiren edeb\u00ee toplulu\u011fun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fehri edeb\u00ee faaliyetlerin icra edildi\u011fi bir merkez haline getirmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00f6ncelikle \u015fehrin tarih\u00ee seyir i\u00e7erisinde hangi medeniyetlere ev sahipli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir sanat \u015fehri olarak Diyarbekir\u2019in yeri ve \u00f6nemi mek\u00e2n ve insan ba\u011flam\u0131nda ele al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra ise eserin muhtevas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan as\u0131l konuya ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda Diyarbekir\u2019de edebiyat ve sanat faaliyetlerinin hangi \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda geli\u015fme kaydetti\u011fi, sanatk\u00e2rlar\u0131n hangi edeb\u00ee mahfillerde bir araya geldikleri, bu mek\u00e2nlarda hangi eserleri okuduklar\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile bu edeb\u00ee muhitlerin k\u00fclt\u00fcr aktar\u0131m\u0131 ve insan yeti\u015ftirmede rol\u00fcn\u00fcn ne oldu\u011fu ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Diyarbekir\u2019de edeb\u00ee muhitlerin te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fcnde \u015f\u00fcphesiz Diyarbekir halk\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiir ve edebiyata olan ilgileri, devlet adamlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fair ve sanat adamlar\u0131na g\u00f6sterdikleri ihtiram\u0131n etkisi olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Kitab\u0131n son b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z as\u0131rda Diyarbekir\u2019de edebiyat ve sanat ortamlar\u0131 ile Diyarbekir\u2019in sanat ve edebiyat\u0131na katk\u0131 sunan \u015fahsiyetler ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
Abstract:<\/strong>
From the 11th century onwards, Diyarbekir, which came under Turkish rule and occasionally served as the capital of Turkish tribes, was an important cultural center both in the political sphere and as a literary milieu. Particularly in the 18th century, during the time of the poet \u00c2g\u00e2h, the existence of a literary community that brought together scholars and poets in Diyarbekir turned the city into a center for literary activities. This study first attempts to examine which civilizations the city has hosted throughout its history and the place and importance of Diyarbekir as a city of art in the context of space and people. Then, the study moves on to the main subject that constitutes the content of the work. In this context, it examines the conditions under which literary and artistic activities developed in Diyarbekir, the literary circles where artists gathered, the works they read in these places, and, consequently, the role of these literary circles in cultural transmission and human development. Undoubtedly, the interest of the people of Diyarbekir in poetry and literature and the respect shown by statesmen to poets and artists had a significant impact on the formation of literary circles in Diyarbekir. The final chapter of the book examines the literary and artistic environments in Diyarbekir in our century and the personalities who have contributed to Diyarbekir’s art and literature.
