<p><strong>Öz:</strong><br>Gérald Fortin’in <em>Aspects Sociologiques du Travail Féminin</em> adlı çalışması, kadın emeğini sosyolojik bir perspektifle ele alarak ekonomik, kültürel ve kurumsal etkenlerin şekillendirdiği bir alan olarak inceler. Fortin, kadınların iş gücündeki tarihsel konumunu analiz eder; mesleki ayrışma, eşitsiz fırsatlar ve sınırlı otorite gibi sorunlara dikkat çeker. Aile rolleri, eğitim ve toplumsal normların kadınların çalışma hayatına katılımını nasıl etkilediğini tartışır. Ayrıca ev içi sorumluluklarla mesleki yaşam arasındaki gerilimi değerlendirir.
